If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use Musicians Network.

Musicians Network is operated by The Skills Network LLC, a California limited liability company. "Musicians Network," "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Skills Network LLC and the Musicians Network services.

We may collect information you provide when you create an account, edit a profile, create a post or listing, contact another user, contact us, or purchase a paid plan, including:

- profile information such as city or region, instruments, skills, music styles, goals, experience level, bio, photos, band information, teacher information, store information, and business details;
- content you upload or publish, including images, logos, posts, listings, events, comments, and other materials;

- payment and billing information needed to process paid plans, subscriptions, business accounts, or promotional services.
Information collected automatically
When you use Musicians Network, we may automatically collect:
- device and browser information, IP address, operating system, browser type, language, referring pages, pages viewed, and interaction data;
- approximate location information derived from your IP address or the location information you choose to provide;

Musicians Network is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.
14. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. There is no universal industry standard for responding to these signals. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We will update this policy if that changes.

Musicians Network may link to or integrate with third-party websites, apps, payment providers, social networks, maps, analytics services, music platforms, and business pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated policy, changing the "Last updated" date, or providing in-product or email notice. Your continued use of Musicians Network after the updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
